This afternoon iTried some new methods
iDid 7/8 mile and (2) 1/4 miles
the 7/8 was ran in 6:30;98
the 1st 1/4 mile was ran in 1:51;32
the second 1/4 mile was ran in 1:47;69
This had my heart constantly going, a runner at the park said "the best method is to keep moving because that's what increases stamina"...iNeeded that advise
NOTE TO SELF: Glaceau Vitamin Water is the best& I have an extraordinary smile lol
