According to AllHipHop.com [click here], 19 year-old Albert Walker Mondane turned himself in to Houston authorities on Friday. The teen was wanted for over a month, and is believed to be one of several responsible for firing weapons into a crowd that caused the injuries.
Mondane, also known as "A-Walk" is presently being held on $30,000 bail.
